We work primarily with property developers, asset managers, and building operators delivering residential and mixed-use developments across Australia. Our focus is the delivery of digital infrastructure solutions where connectivity needs to perform reliably at scale over the long term.
Ideally, as early as possible. Early involvement allows digital infrastructure to be designed as part of the build, rather than added later. That said, we regularly support projects at different stages, including upgrades and retrofits.
No! While we typically deliver connectivity at scale, we work across a wide range of project types and sizes, from boutique developments through to large, multi-stage communities. Our approach simply scales to suit a project’s needs.
Yes. We regularly work on retrofit and conversion projects where existing infrastructure needs to be upgraded or re-designed to support modern residential requirements.
Our role continues beyond handover. We remain accountable for the ongoing operation and performance of the network, ensuring it remains reliable, adaptable, and aligned with the evolving needs of the asset.
Gigafy operates nationally across Australia, with local teams supported by national experience. This ensures accessibility, and accountability throughout the life of a development.
